Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded, divided)
- 0.25 cup parmesan cheese (grated, divided)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 oz pepperoni (sliced)
- 0.25 cup green pepper (diced)
- 2 tbsp black olives (sliced)
- 1 baguette (sliced and toasted for serving)
- 1 garlic clove (halved, for rubbing on toasted bread)
Steps
- 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2
In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the parmesan cheese.
- 3
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly across the bottom of a pie plate or a 9-inch baking dish.
- 4
Spread the pizza sauce over the top of the cream cheese layer.
- 5
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese over the pizza sauce.
- 6
Top the cheese with the pepperoni slices, diced green peppers, and sliced black olives.
- 7
Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted, golden brown, and bubbling, about 20 minutes.
- 8
While the dip is baking, brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast them until golden. Rub the warm toasted bread with the cut side of a garlic clove.
- 9
Serve the dip hot with the garlic-rubbed toasted baguette slices.
