Ingredients

  • 5 string cheese sticks
  • 1 can Pillsbury pizza crust dough
  • 1 tbsp butter (Melted)
  • garlic powder (Use in the butter mixture; amount to taste)
  • parsley flakes (Use in the butter mixture; amount to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. 2

Place the five string cheese sticks evenly apart on one half of the pizza crust dough.

  3. 3

Cover the cheese sticks with the other half of the pizza crust dough. Slice between each cheese stick to separate the breadsticks.

  4. 4

Press the dough edges together firmly around each breadstick to seal them well.

  5. 5

Place the sealed breadsticks on the parchment-lined baking sheet.

  6. 6

Combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley flakes in a small mixture. Brush each breadstick with the seasoned butter.

  7. 7

Bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, until the breadsticks are baked through and lightly browned.

  8. 8

Allow the breadsticks to cool slightly, then serve and enjoy the cheese pull.
