- 6 oz Salmon fillet (Skin-on or skinless, as preferred)
- 1 cup Cooked white rice (Warm)
- 0.5 Avocado (Sliced or cubed)
- 0.25 cup Cucumber (Sliced)
- 2 Radishes (Thinly sliced)
- 0.25 cup Edamame (Shelled)
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce (For drizzling)
- 1 tbsp Sriracha mayo (Optional garnish)
- Sesame seeds (For garnish)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil (For searing salmon)

Prepare the base by placing the warm cooked white rice into a serving bowl.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper, then sear until cooked to your desired level of doneness (about 3-4 minutes per side for medium).

Arrange the sliced avocado, cucumber, radishes, and shelled edamame around the salmon.
