- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 0.333 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract (Use vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract.)
- 0.25 cup light brown sugar

- 1 egg yolk (Room temperature.)
- 0.25 cup sprinkles
- 0.75 cup unsalted butter (Melted.)

Steps
- 1
Melt the unsalted butter. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, and the light brown sugar. Mix for 1–2 minutes until well combined.

Crack in the egg and add the egg yolk. Whisk for 2–3 minutes, until the mixture forms a smooth paste.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing only until just combined. Do not overmix.

- 11
Bake for 13–14 minutes.
- 12
Let the cookies cool completely before serving.
