Ingredients
- 500 g Bavette steak (Cut into pieces)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 Garlic (Cloves, minced or crushed)
- Black pepper (Add to taste)
- Comté cheese (Cut into pieces; the quantity is not specified. Alternate approximately one piece of cheese with three pieces of meat on each skewer.)
- Parsley (For garnish)
- Wooden skewers (To make 5 to 6 skewers)
Steps
- 1
Cut the bavette steak into pieces. Also cut the Comté into pieces.
- 2
Place the beef pieces in a large dish. Add the soy sauce, mustard, honey, garlic, and black pepper, then mix well to coat the meat with the marinade.
- 3
Assemble the skewers on wooden sticks, alternating the cheese and meat. According to the instructions given in the video, thread one piece of cheese for every three pieces of meat, then repeat to the end of each skewer.
- 4
Cook the skewers in the air fryer at 200 °C for 7 minutes for medium-rare meat.
- 5
If a more well-done result is desired, adjust the cooking time. Garnish with a little parsley before serving.
Notes
The quantity of Comté is not specified in the description. Use wooden skewers suitable for the air fryer and check that they fit in the basket. The video indicates that the cooking time should be adjusted according to the desired doneness.
