Ingredients

  • 40 g oat flour (or blended oats)
  • 20 g protein powder
  • 80 ml almond milk
  • 0.5 tsp almond extract (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice
  • 40 g Greek yoghurt
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 10 g flaked almonds

Steps

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

    In a bowl, mix together the oat flour, protein powder, sweetener, almond extract and baking powder.

    Add the milk and Greek yoghurt, then mix until smooth.

    Pour the mixture into a greased ramekin or oven-safe dish.

    Top with flaked almonds.

    Bake for 15–20 minutes until set and golden on top.

    Enjoy warm.

Notes

For the best results, ensure the ramekin is well-greased to prevent sticking. You can blend regular rolled oats to make your own oat flour if needed.
