Ingredients

  • 4 limes (washed and cut into quarters)
  • 4 cup cold water
  • 0.5 cup condensed milk
  • ice (to taste, for serving)

Steps

  1. 1

Wash the limes thoroughly and cut them into quarters, removing the ends.

  2. 2

Place the chopped limes in a blender along with the cold water.

  3. 3

Blend on high speed for just a few seconds (approximately 5-10 seconds) to extract the juice without making the drink too bitter from the peel.

  4. 4

Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher, discarding the remaining pulp and peel.

  5. 5

Return the strained liquid to the clean blender and add the condensed milk.

  6. 6

Blend again until the mixture is frothy and well combined.

  7. 7

Serve immediately in glasses filled with plenty of ice.

Notes

It is important not to blend the limes for too long, as the white part of the peel can make the limeade bitter. It is best consumed immediately.
