  • 0.5 cup tomatoes (Chopped, for assembly.)
  • spiced French fries (Amount not specified; for assembly.)
  • 0.5 cup pickled cucumbers (For assembly.)

Steps

  1. 1

Place the thinly sliced chicken in a mixing bowl. Add salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder.

  2. 2

Add the mayonnaise, minced fresh garlic, olive oil, and fresh lemon juice. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.

  3. 3

Cover the bowl and marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour.

  4. 4

Prepare the garlic sauce by placing the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika powder, garlic powder, hot sauce, lemon juice, and ketchup in a bowl.

  5. 5

Whisk the sauce until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency with less or more buttermilk as needed.

  6. 6

Make the sumac onions by combining the thinly sliced, washed red onion, chopped parsley, sumac, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl.

  7. 7

Heat the clarified butter or oil in a pan over medium heat until melted and hot.

  8. 8

Add the marinated chicken in batches, taking care not to overcrowd the pan.

  9. 9

Cook the chicken for about 8–10 minutes, tossing occasionally, until fully cooked through.

  10. 10

    Warm the tortilla wraps.

  11. 11

Add garlic sauce, sumac onions, cooked chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, pickled cucumbers, and spiced French fries to each tortilla, then add more garlic sauce.

  12. 12

    Close the wraps and serve.

Notes

The source does not specify the amount of spiced French fries or a specific method for preparing them. Chicken should be fully cooked through, but no internal temperature is provided.
