Ingredients

  • Sea Bass (for Chimichurri marinade)
  • Chicken (Greek style with cherry tomatoes)
  • Salmon (Maple Miso style)
  • Steak (for Chimichurri marinade)
  • Chimichurri Marinade (ingredients not specified)
  • Greek Style Marinade (ingredients not specified)
  • Maple Miso Marinade (ingredients not specified)

Steps

  1. 1

Prepare your chosen proteins (Sea Bass, Chicken, Salmon, or Steak) and place them into freezer-safe bags or containers.

  2. 2

Mix your marinades (Chimichurri, Greek Style, or Maple Miso). Each marinade should take about five minutes to prepare.

  3. 3

Pour the marinades directly into the bags with the raw meat.

  4. 4

Seal the bags tightly, removing as much air as possible, and freeze immediately.

  5. 5

When ready to eat, transfer one bag from the freezer to the refrigerator to thaw overnight. The meat will marinate as it defrosts.

  6. 6

Once thawed, cook the protein using your preferred method (oven, stovetop, or grill) and serve with sides like rice, potatoes, or salad.

Notes

The author notes that while she mentioned 6 marinades in the audio, there are actually 5 featured in this method. Specific marinade ingredient ratios are hosted on her Substack. This method is specifically designed for postpartum meal prep and busy routines.
