Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 550 g before cooking, which is about 15 g per serving.
Steps
Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil, taking care to smooth it so there are no wrinkles. In a medium bowl, combine the 2 cups of melted chocolate with 1 1/2 cups of assorted nuts. Scrape the mixture onto the foil and spread it into an approximate 12-by-9-inch rectangle. If desired, sprinkle additional finely chopped nuts over the surface. Refrigerate until the bark is set, about 20 minutes.
Transfer the bark, still on the foil, to a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, cut it into approximately 1 1/2-inch pieces.
Notes
For dark chocolate, the source notes that chocolate bars ranging from 70% to 90% cacao may be used instead of chips. Holiday variations mentioned by the source include pistachios or pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, crushed candy canes, pretzel sticks, unsweetened coconut flakes, flaky sea salt, and colorful candied or dried fruit.
