- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)

Steps

Arrange the potato slices in a single layer (likely on a baking sheet or in an air fryer basket) and cook until golden brown and crispy.
- 3
While the chips are cooking, finely dice the red onion.
- 4
In a small bowl, combine 4-5 tablespoons of low-fat shallot yogurt with the diced red onion.
- 5
Add salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and dill (fresh or dried) to the yogurt mixture and stir well to combine.
- 6
Serve the warm, crispy potato chips alongside the prepared yogurt dip.
Notes
The recipe uses 'Mast-o-Musir', a traditional Persian shallot yogurt. If unavailable, you can substitute with Greek yogurt mixed with a small amount of minced shallots or shallot powder.
