Ingredients
- 2 cup Milk (Fill to the freeze fill line of the Ninja Creami pint; approximately 2 cups)
- 2 scoop Vanilla protein powder (Use your favorite brand)
- 2 tsp Stevia
- 2.5 tsp Sugar-free vanilla syrup (Source suggests 2-3 tsp)
- 1 tbsp Sugar-free vanilla pudding mix (Instant pudding/Jello mix)
- Milk (A splash for the re-spin process)
Steps
- 1
Pour regular milk into a Ninja Creami pint container until it reaches the freeze fill line.
- 2
Add 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder, 2 teaspoons of stevia, 2-3 teaspoons of sugar-free vanilla syrup, and 1 tablespoon of sugar-free vanilla pudding mix to the milk.
- 3
Use a handheld milk frother or whisk to mix the ingredients thoroughly until fully combined.
- 4
Place the lid on the pint and freeze for 24 hours, or until frozen solid.
- 5
Remove the frozen pint from the freezer and place it into the Ninja Creami outer bowl. Lock the lid into place.
- 6
Select the 'Full' setting and then the 'Light Ice Cream' button. Allow the machine to complete the spin cycle.
- 7
Remove the lid. If the texture is crumbly, add a small splash of milk and use a spoon to push any residue down from the sides of the pint.
- 8
Place the pint back into the machine, select 'Full', and hit the 'Re-spin' button until the ice cream is smooth and creamy.
