Ingredients
Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and cream cheese until the mixture is smooth and well-incorporated.
If desired, stir in 1 tablespoon of honey to add extra sweetness to the yogurt mixture.
Place a layer of Biscoff cookies into the bottom of your serving dish or container.
Pour a fresh double shot of espresso over the Biscoff cookies, ensuring they are well-soaked.
Spread the yogurt and cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of the espresso-soaked cookies.
Finish by dusting a layer of cocoa powder over the top of the cream mixture.
Place the dish in the fridge and chill for 4 to 6 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the texture to set.
Notes
The author suggests adding honey for extra sweetness as an optional improvement. The recipe is a variation of the viral Japanese cheesecake hack using yogurt and cream cheese.
