Ingredients

  • 280 g Canned corn (The can contains 450 g; use the corn after draining the liquid)
  • 100 g Firm pizza mozzarella (Grated)
  • Cream cheese (Quantity not specified; for spreading on the bases)
  • Turkey ham (Quantity not specified; for the filling)
  • Lettuce leaves (Quantity not specified; for the filling)
  • Tomato (Quantity not specified; for the filling)

Steps

  1. 1

Drain the liquid from the canned corn and spread the corn onto parchment paper.

  2. 2

Form 4 round bases from the corn. Sprinkle each base with grated mozzarella.

  3. 3

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Bake the corn bases for 17–20 minutes.

  4. 4

Allow the bases to cool. This is important; otherwise, they may fall apart when removed.

  5. 5

Carefully remove the cooled bases from the parchment paper using a spatula.

  6. 6

Spread cream cheese over each base.

  7. 7

Top with turkey ham, lettuce leaves, and tomato.

  8. 8

If desired, add cucumber or another filling of your choice.

Notes

The source does not specify the quantities of cream cheese, turkey ham, lettuce, or tomato. The bases must be cooled before removing them so that they do not fall apart.
