  • 0.5 cup cucumber (Chopped)
  • 0.5 cup tomatoes (Chopped)
  • spiced French fries (Amount not specified; for assembly)
  • 0.5 cup pickled cucumbers (For assembly)

Steps

  1. 1

Place the thinly sliced chicken in a mixing bowl. Add salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder.

  2. 2

Add the mayonnaise, minced fresh garlic, olive oil, and fresh lemon juice to the seasoned chicken. Mix until everything is well combined.

  3. 3

Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour.

  4. 4

Prepare the garlic sauce by placing the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika powder, garlic powder, hot sauce, lemon juice, and ketchup in a bowl.

  5. 5

Whisk the sauce mixture until smooth and creamy. Adjust the amount of buttermilk as needed to reach the desired consistency.

  6. 6

Make the sumac onions by combining the thinly sliced, washed red onion, chopped parsley, sumac, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix to combine.

  7. 7

Heat the clarified butter or oil in a pan over medium heat.

  8. 8

Once the butter or oil has melted, add the marinated chicken in batches, taking care not to overcrowd the pan.

  9. 9

Cook the chicken for about 8–10 minutes per batch, tossing occasionally, until it is fully cooked through.

  10. 10

    Warm the tortilla wraps.

  11. 11

For each wrap, add garlic sauce, sumac onions, cooked chicken, chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber, pickled cucumbers, and spiced French fries.

  12. 12

Drizzle or spread more garlic sauce over the fillings, close the tortilla wrap, and serve.

Notes

The source does not specify the amount or preparation method for the spiced French fries. Chicken cooking time is given per batch and may vary with slice thickness and pan size.
