Ingredients

  • 448 g 92/8 ground chicken
  • Salt (To taste; for chicken mixture and dip)
  • Black pepper (To taste)
  • 2 tbsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp Ground allspice
  • 1 tbsp Ground coriander
  • 0.5 tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 2 Garlic (Cloves, grated)
  • Fresh parsley (A handful, chopped)
  • 4 sheets Rice paper
  • 85 g Greek yogurt (For the dip)
  • Apple cider vinegar (For the dip; amount unspecified)
  • Dill (For the dip; amount unspecified)

Steps

  1. 1

Combine the ground chicken with salt, black pepper, cumin, allspice, coriander, cayenne, grated garlic, and parsley. Mix thoroughly until the spices and herbs are evenly distributed.

  2. 2

Prepare the rice paper one sheet at a time. Wet a sheet briefly, making sure it is fully coated but not left soaking in the water.

  3. 3

Spread one-fourth of the chicken mixture over the softened rice paper.

  4. 4

Roll the rice paper around the chicken mixture to form a filled roll, then cut the roll into six poppers. Repeat with the remaining rice paper sheets and chicken mixture.

  5. 5

Place the chicken poppers in an air fryer and cook at 400°F / 200°C for 14 minutes, until crispy and cooked through.

  6. 6

Make the dip by mixing the Greek yogurt with apple cider vinegar, dill, and salt to taste. Serve with the hot chicken poppers.
