Ingredients
- 2 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 scoop vanilla whey protein
- 1 package sugar-free strawberry gelatin mix (optional, for stability)
- 1.5 cup ice (1–2 cups)
- 0.25 cup unsweetened almond milk (as needed; up to 1/2 cup)
- sweetener (to taste (optional))
- raspberries and blueberries (for garnish)
- whipped cream (optional garnish)
Steps
- 1
Place the 2 cups of frozen strawberries into a blender and pulse until they are finely chopped.
- 2
Add the nonfat Greek yogurt, 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein, the strawberry gelatin powder (if using), and a small amount of the almond milk to the blender.
- 3
Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth.
- 4
Add the ice to the blender. Whip or blend on high for 2–5 minutes until the mixture becomes light, fluffy, and nearly doubles in volume.
- 5
Divide the fluff into 8–10 meal-prep containers.
- 6
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the texture to set before serving. Garnish with fresh berries or whipped cream if desired.
Notes
The sugar-free gelatin is optional but highly recommended as it provides stability to the fluff, preventing it from deflating too quickly. For best results, use a high-powered blender or a stand mixer with a whisk attachment for the final whipping stage.
