- 4 tbsp Nutella
- 1 egg
- 0.3333333333333333 cup whole milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
- Berries (for garnishing)
Steps

Spread 2 tablespoons of Nutella onto a slice of brioche bread and top with another slice to create a sandwich; repeat for the second sandwich.
- 2
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg, 1/3 cup whole milk, and 1 tablespoon of sugar until well combined.
- 3
Dip each Nutella sandwich into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides and the edges are well coated.
- 4
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- 5
Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
- 6
Remove from the pan, dust with powdered sugar, and garnish with fresh berries before serving.
Notes
For best results, use slightly stale brioche to better absorb the custard without becoming too soggy.
