Ingredients

  • 150 g silken tofu
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tbsp tomato sauce
  • mozzarella cheese (a handful)

Steps

    Place 150g of silken tofu into a microwave-safe bowl or small baking dish.

    Add 2 eggs to the bowl with the tofu.

    Add 5 tablespoons of tomato sauce.

    Top the mixture with a handful of mozzarella cheese.

    Cook the mixture: either microwave for 2 minutes or air fry until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the eggs are set.

Notes

This recipe is inspired by NMIXX Hyewon. It is a very flexible dish; you can adjust the amount of cheese or sauce to your preference. If air frying, try 350°F (175°C) for 5-8 minutes until golden.
