Ingredients

  • 250 g oat flakes (oat flakes)
  • 261 g unsweetened applesauce (sugar-free applesauce)
  • 250 g 85% dark chocolate (dark chocolate)
  • 42 g peanut butter (peanut butter)
  • 400 ml light coconut milk (light coconut milk)
  • 59 g vanilla whey protein powder (vanilla whey protein powder)

Steps

  1. 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flakes and unsweetened applesauce. Mix until the oats are well coated and the mixture forms a sticky dough.

  2. 2

Press the oat mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan to form the crust.

  3. 3

In a saucepan over low heat, combine the dark chocolate, peanut butter, light coconut milk, and vanilla whey protein powder.

  4. 4

Stir the chocolate mixture continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and the filling is smooth and well combined.

  5. 5

Pour the chocolate filling over the prepared oat crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

  6. 6

Place the tart in the refrigerator to set. Chill until the filling is firm enough to slice (approximately 2 hours).
