Ingredients
Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 550 g before cooking, which is about 45 g per serving.
Steps
Place the mascarpone and shredded coconut in a bowl.
Mix and knead the two ingredients with your hands until fully combined and smooth.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into balls with your hands.
Place the balls in the freezer for 15 minutes to chill and firm up slightly.
Melt the milk chocolate.
Dip each ball into the melted chocolate until coated.
Transfer the coated balls to a container and refrigerate them until the chocolate sets. Once the coating is firm, they are ready to serve.
Notes
The publication states that the balls should be refrigerated until the chocolate sets, but does not specify an exact time.
