Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced beef
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 onion (Chopped)
  • 0.5 capsicum (Chopped)
  • green onion (Chopped; amount not shown)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cumin and coriander powder (Presented together as one seasoning in the source)
  • 2 tbsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 3 tbsp olive oil (The source says any oil may be used; also used to lightly brush the kebabs)
  • tomatoes (Suggested for serving; amount not specified)
  • yogurt sauce (Suggested for serving; amount not specified)
  • rice or naan (Suggested accompaniment; amount not specified)

Steps

  1. 1

Place the minced beef in a large bowl. Add the garlic paste, salt, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped green onion, black pepper, cumin and coriander powder, red chili flakes, and red chili powder.

  2. 2

Give the beef mixture a thorough mix until the seasonings and vegetables are distributed evenly throughout the meat.

  3. 3

Prepare skewers for shaping the kebabs. Form the seasoned beef mixture around the skewers.

  4. 4

Lightly brush the shaped kebabs with olive oil.

  5. 5

Bake the kebabs for 30–35 minutes at 350°F. The sampled frames also show 550°F, so verify the intended oven temperature before cooking; the later frame reads 350°F.

  6. 6

Serve the kebabs with rice or naan. The post also suggests serving them with tomatoes and yogurt sauce.

Notes

The description says these kebabs are best cooked over fire, but they can also be prepared on an indoor grill pan or in the oven. The video gives conflicting oven temperatures—550°F and 350°F—with the later visible frame reading 350°F. The amounts of green onion, tomatoes, yogurt sauce, and rice or naan are not specified.
