- 700 g potatoes (cooked and ready to mash)
- 100 g tomato sauce
- salt (a pinch)
- black pepper (a pinch)
- 200 g mozzarella cheese (grated using the coarsest side)
- 1 smoked sausage (cut into thin slices)
- 200 g cream cheese
- oregano (a pinch)

Start by mashing 700 grams of cooked potatoes directly into a large pizza pan to form the base.

Add 100 grams of tomato sauce over the mashed potatoes and spread it evenly to the edges.

Season the sauce with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.

Grate 200 grams of mozzarella cheese using the coarsest side of the grater and set aside.

Cut one smoked sausage into thin slices.
