Natural Red Strawberry and Coconut Gatorade
A refreshing and hydrating drink made with coconut water, strawberries, lemon, and apple cider vinegar. It is blended, strained, and served well chilled over plenty of ice.

Ingredients
- 500 ml Coconut water (Obtained from 2 coconuts; the quantity may vary depending on the size of the coconuts.)
- 1 cup Strawberries (Cleaned and hulled.)
- 1 tsp Sea salt (Himalayan salt may also be used.)
- 2.5 limones Lemon juice (The original indicates between 2 and 3 lemons; an average quantity is estimated.)
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- Ice (To taste, for serving generously.)
Steps

Pour the coconut water into the blender.

Add the cleaned strawberries, sea salt, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar.

Blend until smooth, red, and free of large pieces of fruit.

Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove the strawberry seeds or any coarse pulp.

Fill two tall glasses with plenty of ice.

Pour the strained drink over the ice and enjoy immediately, well chilled.
Notes
The amount of coconut water may vary depending on the size of the coconuts and how much liquid they contain. Adjust the lemon and ice to taste.
