Steps
- 1
Season the chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder, and red chili powder, coating the pieces evenly.
- 2
Heat the 3 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- 3
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, paprika powder, and red chili sauce. Mix well to make the sauce.

Place one large tortilla on a work surface and spread it with guacamole.
- 6
Add a portion of the cooked chicken, French fries, diced lettuce, and shredded cheese to the tortilla.
- 7
Add a spoonful of the salsa and a spoonful of the sauce. Repeat the filling process with the remaining tortillas and ingredients, then fold each tortilla into a burrito.

Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1–2 tablespoons of oil.
- 9
Place a burrito in the skillet seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
