Ingredients

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 leeks (thinly sliced)
  • 50 g bacon lardons
  • 160 g raclette cheese
  • 100 ml light cream
  • oil (quantity unspecified)
  • salt (quantity unspecified)
  • black pepper (quantity unspecified)
  • water (a small amount for microwave cooking)

Steps

  1. 1

Wash the sweet potatoes, cut them in half lengthwise, then prick the flesh with a fork.

  2. 2

Place the sweet potato halves in a microwave-safe dish with a small amount of water. Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, until the flesh is tender.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile, thinly slice the leeks.

  4. 4

Sauté the sliced leeks with the bacon lardons and a little oil for 10 minutes, until tender.

  5. 5

Add the cream and season with black pepper.

  6. 6

Scoop out the sweet potato halves slightly with a spoon. Remove the flesh and mix it with the leek and bacon mixture.

  7. 7

Fill the sweet potatoes with this mixture, then place the raclette cheese on top.

  8. 8

Bake at 200 °C for 10 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted.

Notes

The quantities of oil and water are not specified in the source. The microwave cooking time may vary depending on the appliance and the size of the sweet potatoes.
