Honey Cold Coffee
A creamy, frothy cold coffee made with honey for a natural sweetness. This recipe creates a coffee concentrate that can be stored in the freezer for up to a week and a half.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Instant Coffee (Adjust based on desired strength)
- 2 tbsp Honey (Used as a sweetener)
- 2 tbsp Hot Water (To dissolve the coffee and honey)
- 1 cup Cold Milk (Chilled)
- Ice Cubes (As needed)
Steps

In a small bowl or jar, combine the instant coffee, honey, and hot water.

Whisk or froth the mixture vigorously for 4-5 minutes until it becomes thick, creamy, and light in color.

To serve, add ice cubes to a tall glass.

Pour the chilled milk into the glass, leaving some room at the top.

Spoon the whipped honey-coffee mixture over the top of the milk.

Stir gently to combine before drinking.
Notes
You can store the whipped coffee mixture in the freezer for 1 to 1.5 weeks. This base can be used for both hot and cold coffee preparations. It provides a restaurant-quality froth at home very easily.
