Cinnamon Roll Gallon Iced Coffee

Ingredients

• 1 cup Instant Espresso (Café Bustelo recommended)
• 2 cup Hot Water (to dissolve coffee)
• 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 full can)
• 0.5 cup Cinnamon Dolce Syrup (or to taste)
• 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
• 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
• 1 quart Half and Half (or milk of choice)
• Cold Water (to fill the gallon jug)

Steps

   In a large pitcher or a clean gallon-sized jug, combine 1 cup of instant espresso powder with 2 cups of hot water. Stir or shake until the coffee is completely dissolved.

   Pour in one full 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk and stir well to incorporate.

   Add the cinnamon dolce syrup, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Whisk or shake vigorously to ensure the cinnamon is distributed.

   Pour in 1 quart of half and half.

   Fill the remainder of the gallon jug with cold water, leaving a little room at the top to shake.

   Seal the jug and shake well. Refrigerate until cold. Serve over ice.

Notes

The flavor often improves after sitting in the fridge overnight. Shake well before each use as the cinnamon may settle at the bottom.
