- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
- Salt (To taste)
- 1 cup Boiled shredded chicken
- 0.5 cup Red onion (Diced; also used during assembly)
- 1 Jalapeños (Diced; use 1–2)
- 1 cup Lettuce (Diced; also used during assembly)
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley (Freshly chopped)
- 1 Egg (For egg wash)
- 3 tbsp Milk (For egg wash)
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise (For sauce)
- 3 tbsp Sour cream (For sauce)
- 1 tsp Black pepper (For sauce)
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder (For sauce)
- 1 tbsp Onion powder (For sauce)
- 2 tbsp Hot sauce (Adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp Red chili flakes (For sauce)
- Tomato (Listed in the assembly instructions; amount not specified)
Steps
- 1
Peel and wash the potatoes, then thinly slice them with a mandoline.
- 2
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 3
Pat the potato slices dry and arrange them on a baking sheet in a round shape, overlapping the slices.
- 4
Whisk the egg and milk together to make the egg wash.
- 5
Coat the arranged potato slices with the egg wash. Sprinkle the Parmesan over them and season with salt.
- 6
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the potato wrap is golden and flexible.
- 7
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, diced red onion, diced jalapeños, and chopped parsley.
- 8
In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, hot sauce, and red chili flakes to make the sauce.
- 9
Add 4–5 tablespoons of the sauce to the chicken mixture and mix until creamy.
- 10
Assemble the wrap by spreading sauce over the potato wrap, then adding lettuce, tomato, onion, and the creamy chicken mixture.
Notes
The source does not specify the amount of tomato or the exact amount of sauce used for the assembly beyond the 4–5 tablespoons mixed into the chicken. The filling section already includes the measured onion and lettuce, which are also named again during assembly.
