Ingredients
- Dough:
- 1 cup warm milk (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- 0.5 cup white sugar
- 2.5 teaspoons bread machine yeast
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 0.3333333333333333 cup margarine, melted
- 4.5 cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Inside:
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2.5 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 0.3333333333333333 cup butter, softened
- Icing:
- 6 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 0.5 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar (one 1lb. box)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 0.25 teaspoon salt

Heat milk in microwave for 50-60 seconds. Add sugar and yeast and wait 15 minutes for yeast to bloom. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Milk/sugar/yeast first, then eggs and margarine. Next, add flour and salt. Select dough cycle; press Start.

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.

Roll dough into a 16x21-inch rectangle. Spread dough with 1/3 cup butter and sprinkle evenly with sugar/cinnamon mixture. Roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls. Place 8 rolls in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking pan and 4 rolls in another. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Bake rolls until golden brown, about 15 minutes. While rolls are baking, beat together cream cheese, 1/2 cup butter, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Spread frosting on warm rolls before serving.
