Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic (Finely grated)
  • salt (To taste)
  • freshly ground black pepper (To taste)
  • 1 tsp water (Optional; blend in 1 teaspoon at a time if the dressing is too thick)

Steps

  1. 1

Add the Greek yogurt, extra virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, white wine vinegar, finely grated garlic, salt, and freshly ground black pepper to a mason jar, wide-mouth measuring cup, or small bowl.

  2. 2

Blend with an immersion blender until the dressing is smooth and creamy. Alternatively, whisk it vigorously by hand or process it in a small food processor.

  3. 3

Taste the dressing and adjust the flavor as needed. Add a little more honey for sweetness, vinegar for extra tang, or salt and pepper to balance the flavors.

  4. 4

If the dressing is thicker than desired, blend in water 1 teaspoon at a time until it reaches the preferred consistency.

  5. 5

Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

The dressing can be used on salads, grain bowls, roasted vegetables, or as a dip. Refrigerate if not serving immediately; the source does not specify a storage duration.
