Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp White wine vinegar
  • 1 Garlic (Finely grated; 1 clove)
  • Salt (To taste)
  • Black pepper (Freshly ground, to taste)
  • 1 tsp Water (Optional; add 1 teaspoon at a time to thin the dressing)

Steps

  1. 1

Add the Greek yogurt, olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, white wine vinegar, grated garlic, salt, and freshly ground black pepper to a mason jar, wide-mouth measuring cup, or small bowl.

  2. 2

Blend with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy. Alternatively, whisk vigorously by hand or use a small food processor.

  3. 3

Taste and adjust as needed: add a little more honey for sweetness, vinegar for extra tang, or salt and pepper to balance the flavors.

  4. 4

If the dressing is thicker than you like, blend in water 1 teaspoon at a time until it reaches your preferred consistency.

  5. 5

Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

No refrigeration duration is specified. Additional honey, vinegar, salt, pepper, or water used for adjustment is added to taste/as needed.
