Ingredients

  • 2 cup Kataifi dough (Chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter (Melted)
  • 0.333 cup Pistachio butter
  • 1 cup Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cup Strawberries (Washed and diced)
  • Pistachios (Chopped, for garnish)

Steps

  1. 1

Heat a pan over medium heat. Melt the unsalted butter in the pan.

  2. 2

Add the chopped kataifi dough and cook, stirring constantly, for 5–10 minutes, until it is crispy and lightly golden.

  3. 3

Transfer the cooked kataifi dough to a mixing bowl. Add the pistachio butter and mix well to coat the kataifi evenly.

  4. 4

Place the semisweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals for a total of 1 minute, stirring after the first 30 seconds, until smooth and melted.

  5. 5

In serving cups, layer the diced strawberries, pistachio kataifi, and melted chocolate. Repeat the layers until each cup is filled.

  6. 6

Garnish the cups with chopped pistachios.

  7. 7

Refrigerate the cups for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  8. 8

    Serve chilled.
