Ingredients
- 150 g Extra-dark chocolate (Broken into pieces or chopped, for melting)
- 4 Bananas (Peeled; approximately 470 g total flesh)

Melt the extra-dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave at short intervals, stirring frequently until completely smooth. Let it cool slightly without allowing it to set.

Add the melted chocolate to the peeled bananas.

Blend the bananas and chocolate until smooth and lump-free.

Transfer the mixture into 14 small cups or ice cream molds, distributing it evenly.

Place the cups in the freezer and leave them to set for approximately 2 hours, until the ice creams have firmed up.

Notes
