- 3 tbsp plain yogurt (can be Greek yogurt or cream cheese)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika (or curry, or your favorite spice)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Steps

Separate the cauliflower into even-sized florets to ensure uniform cooking.
- 2
In a separate bowl, mix the plain yogurt (or cream cheese) with the salt, smoked paprika, and soy sauce until you get a smooth sauce.
- 3
Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss well so that all pieces are completely coated with the sauce.
- 4
Cook in an air fryer or in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- 5
Remove when they are golden brown on the outside and feel tender when pierced with a fork.
Notes
If using a conventional oven, a temperature of 200°C (400°F) is recommended. You can vary the spices by using curry or cumin for different flavor profiles.
