- 1 tsp garlic powder (garlic powder)
- 1 tsp paprika powder (paprika powder)

- 5 rice paper sheets (rice paper sheets)

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken with the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, pili pili, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until the spices are evenly distributed.
