Ingredients

  • 1 kg Peppers (Washed and dried)
  • 1 kg Tomatoes (Thinly sliced)
  • 1 baş Garlic (Coarsely chopped)
  • 1 çay bardağı Olive oil
  • 1 tatlı kaşığı Salt
  • 1 tatlı kaşığı Red pepper flakes

Steps

  1. 1

Wash the peppers and dry them completely between a cloth.

  2. 2

Pour the olive oil into a pan. Add the peppers and fry until they wilt. You can cover the pan with a lid to prevent the oil from splattering.

  3. 3

Add the thinly sliced tomatoes, coarsely chopped garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes to the pan, and stir.

  4. 4

Cover the pan and cook the mixture for 10 minutes.

  5. 5

While the mixture is hot, divide it among the jars and seal the jars tightly.

  6. 6

Leave the jars to cool completely at room temperature. Once cooled, store them in the refrigerator.

Notes

The source does not provide information about sterilizing the jars or how long the product should be consumed after opening. The tea glass and dessert spoon measurements are given as stated in the source.
