Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 230 g before cooking, which is about 40 g per serving.
Steps
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Lightly grease a muffin pan to prevent the buns from sticking.
Place the eggs, cream cheese or Greek yogurt, grated cheese, baking powder, salt, pepper, and seasonings in a blender or food processor.
Blend or process until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
Divide the mixture among the cavities of the prepared pan, filling each approximately three-quarters full to leave room for them to rise.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the buns are puffed and golden on top.
Remove from the oven, let them rest briefly, and serve. You can eat them on their own or cut them in half and fill them with whatever you prefer.
Notes
Cream cheese and Greek yogurt are alternatives; it is not necessary to use both. The exact baking time may vary depending on the size of the cavities and the oven.
