Ingredients
- 300 g Raw almonds
- 100 g Sugar-free chocolate
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
Steps
- 1
Place the sugar-free chocolate in an air-fryer-safe container; it must also be oven-safe.
- 2
Add the raw almonds to the same container, placing them next to the chocolate.
- 3
Cook in the air fryer at 160 °C for 10 minutes.
- 4
When the time is up, add the cocoa powder to the container.
- 5
Stir or shake well so the cocoa is evenly distributed and the almonds are coated. Alternatively, place the cocoa in a deep dish and coat the almonds in small batches.
- 6
Place the almonds in the refrigerator and chill them until the coating hardens.
- 7
Remove the almonds from the refrigerator. If any have stuck together, separate them before serving.
Notes
The chilling time is not specified; chill the almonds until the coating is firm. Some may stick together in the refrigerator, but they separate easily. The author states that the chocolate, cocoa, and almonds are the only three ingredients.
