Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 725 g before cooking, which is about 180 g per serving.
Steps
Juice the oranges and lemon. If using fresh ginger and turmeric roots, finely grate or juice them so they can be distributed evenly through the gummies.
Pour 300 ml of warm water into a bowl. Sprinkle in approximately 3 teaspoons of fish gelatin and stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved and the liquid is smooth.
Add the fresh orange juice and lemon juice to the dissolved gelatin mixture. Stir thoroughly to combine.
Add the ginger and turmeric, then stir in honey or your preferred sweetener to taste. Mix until the flavorings and sweetener are evenly distributed.
Pour the mixture into gummy molds or another small container. Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours, or until the gummies are firm and set.
Remove the set gummies from the molds and serve chilled.
Notes
The amounts of ginger, turmeric, and sweetener were not specified in the source, so add them according to taste. Keep the water warm rather than boiling when dissolving the gelatin.
