Ingredients
- 1.5 cup strawberries (diced)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp honey (or more to taste)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Steps
- 1
Wash the strawberries and cut them into small pieces.
- 2
Add the diced strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, and honey to a mixing bowl. Mix well until evenly combined.
- 3
Line a baking sheet that fits in your freezer with parchment paper.
- 4
Drop the strawberry-yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
- 5
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 2 hours, or until the mixture is frozen.
- 6
Remove the frozen mixture from the freezer and cut it into heart shapes using a heart-shaped cookie cutter.
- 7
Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each increment, until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.
- 8
Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate, coating both sides.
- 9
Transfer the chocolate-coated heart clusters back to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- 10
Freeze the clusters again until the chocolate sets, which can take 10–30 minutes.
- 11
Store the finished clusters in the refrigerator for a softer consistency or in the freezer for a more ice-cream-like consistency.
