  • 4 burger buns (For assembly.)
  • lettuce (Amount not specified; for assembly.)
  • red onion (Sliced; amount not specified.)

Steps

  1. 1

Flatten and trim the four chicken pieces so they fit the burger buns. Marinate them with all of the chicken ingredients, including the chili powder, turmeric, pepper, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin, salt, lemon juice, and red food color.

  2. 2

Beat the eggs with their pinch of salt in one bowl.

  3. 3

In a separate bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, baking soda, coating salt, dried parsley, and red chilli powder.

  4. 4

Dip each marinated chicken piece into the beaten egg, then into the flour mixture. Dip it into the egg a second time, then into the flour mixture again. Press and scrunch the coating onto the chicken so it adheres.

  5. 5

Fry the coated chicken until golden, crispy, and cooked through. The source does not specify the frying temperature, oil quantity, or cooking time.

  6. 6

For the Chicken 65 sauce, heat some of the leftover frying oil.

  7. 7

Add the zeera, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, and curry leaves to the heated oil.

  8. 8

Add the salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, and plain yogurt. Mix until combined.

  9. 9

Brush the prepared Chicken 65 sauce over the fried chicken pieces.

  10. 10

Mix the mayonnaise, hot sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt to make the spicy mayo.

  11. 11

    Toast the burger buns.

  12. 12

Spread spicy mayo on both sides of each toasted bun.

  13. 13

Layer the lettuce, sauced fried chicken, and sliced red onion inside the buns.
