- 1 tbsp cumin powder (For seasoning the chicken)
- 2 tbsp butter (For the Alfredo sauce)
- 1 cup unsweetened heavy whipping cream (For the Alfredo sauce)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (For the Alfredo sauce)
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning (For the Alfredo sauce)
- salt and pepper (To taste; for the Alfredo sauce)
- 1 tsp garlic powder (For the Alfredo sauce)
- coriander (Chopped, for garnish)
Steps
- 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F (180°C). Prepare a baking dish for the bread.
- 2
Make the garlic butter: place the softened butter, finely minced garlic, chopped parsley, red chili flakes, and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
- 3
Season the chicken breast with the chicken garlic powder, paprika powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt and pepper to taste, coating it evenly.
- 4
Cook the seasoned chicken on a hot pan or grill for 6 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- 5
Once cooked, cut the chicken into slices.
- 6
Make the Alfredo sauce: heat the butter in a skillet.
- 7
Add the heavy whipping cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet.
- 8
Stir constantly while adding the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Continue stirring until the sauce thickens.
- 9
Slice the bread loaf in half lengthwise. Spread the garlic butter evenly over the cut, open surfaces of both halves.
- 10
Top the buttered bread with Alfredo sauce, followed by the mozzarella cheese.
- 11
Add the sliced chicken, then drizzle additional Alfredo sauce over the top. Garnish with chopped coriander.
- 12
Place the assembled bread in the prepared baking dish and bake at 355°F (180°C) for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- 13
Serve the bread with Alfredo sauce and enjoy.
