Solørglød
A fresh and summery cocktail (or mocktail) featuring muddled strawberries and watermelon, brightened with lemon lemonade and a splash of Sprite.

Ingredients
- 1 Strawberry (large; preferably from Grøntkollektivet)
- 1 cube Watermelon (approximately 3 x 3 cm)
- Ice cubes (plenty)
- 4 cl Herregårdsgin (omit for alcohol-free version)
- 1 wedge Lime
- 8 cl Lemon lemonade (fresh)
- Sprite (for topping)
Steps

Place the strawberry and watermelon cube in a glass and crush them thoroughly using a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon.

Fill the glass well with ice cubes.

Add 4 cl of Herregårdsgin (if making the alcoholic version).

Squeeze the juice from one lime wedge over the drink.

Pour in 8 cl of fresh lemon lemonade.

Top up the glass with Sprite.

Stir gently for a couple of seconds to allow the flavors to mix.

Garnish with whatever you find beautiful.
Notes
