Crispy, browned sausages cooked until deeply golden on the outside and juicy inside. The source provides only the dish title, so the ingredient amounts and method below are a general reconstruction rather than an extracted recipe.

Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 515 g before cooking, which is about 260 g per serving.
Steps
Place the sausages in a large skillet in a single layer. Add the water and set the pan over medium heat.
Bring the water to a gentle simmer and cook the sausages for about 8 minutes, turning once or twice, until they are nearly cooked through and the water has mostly evaporated.
Add the oil to the skillet if the pan is dry and the sausages have not released enough fat. Continue cooking over medium heat, turning the sausages regularly so they brown evenly.
Cook for another 5 to 7 minutes, until the casings are crisp and deeply golden and the sausages reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71 °C) / 71°C (160 °F) for pork or beef, or 165°F (74 °C) / 74°C (165 °F) for poultry.
Transfer the sausages to a plate and let them rest for 2 minutes. Season with pepper and salt only if needed, then serve hot.
Notes
The Instagram source contained only the title “Best Crispy Sausages With PS7”; no quantities, ingredients, or preparation instructions were visible. The recipe has therefore been reconstructed as a general stovetop method. Do not pierce the sausages before cooking, since this can release their juices and make them less moist.
