Ingredients

  • Ice (Use enough to fill the glass about halfway.)
  • 2 oz Yakult yogurt drink (Any brand of similar probiotic yogurt drink may be used.)
  • 2 oz Soju (Any flavor; the source recommends peach, strawberry, mango, apple, or original soju.)
  • 2 oz Sprite or 7-Up (Use club soda instead if you do not want extra sweetness.)

Steps

  1. 1

Fill a 12-ounce glass about halfway with ice.

  2. 2

Pour 2 oz of Yakult yogurt drink into the glass.

  3. 3

Pour 2 oz of soju into the glass.

  4. 4

Top with 2 oz of Sprite or 7-Up.

  5. 5

Stir to mix, then enjoy immediately.

Notes

The cocktail is best served immediately after mixing, although it can be stored in the refrigerator for a few hours. Change the soju flavor or add muddled fresh strawberries or mangoes for variation.
