Ingredients

  • 2 cup Fresh pineapple (Peeled, cored, and cut into small cubes)
  • 8 oz Cream cheese (Softened at room temperature)
  • 6 Bacon (Chopped; cook until crispy)

Steps

  1. 1

Soften the cream cheese by leaving it at room temperature for about 15 to 20 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the pineapple, remove the hard core, and cut it into small cubes.

  2. 2

Place the bacon in a cold skillet over medium heat. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turning as needed, until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and let it cool slightly.

  3. 3

Reserve a small amount of pineapple and bacon for garnish. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the remaining pineapple until you have a creamy mixture with evenly distributed chunks.

  4. 4

Fold in most of the crispy bacon and mix gently so it retains some of its texture.

  5. 5

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with the reserved pineapple and bacon. Serve immediately with crackers, toast, or vegetables.

Notes

The original post only lists the three ingredients and does not provide quantities or detailed instructions; the amounts and procedure were estimated to prepare approximately 6 servings. Refrigerate the dip in an airtight container for up to 2 days. For a softer texture, let it sit for a few minutes at room temperature before serving.
