Ingredients
- 500 g Digestive biscuits (Finely crushed)
- 100 g Unsalted butter (Melted)
- 300 g Sweetened condensed milk
- 150 g Kinder chocolate (Use Kinder chocolate or Kinder Bueno pieces; mix through the biscuit base)
- 150 g Milk chocolate (For the topping)
- 100 g Kinder chocolate (For the topping)
- 9 Kinder Bueno pieces (Break into chunks and place on the soft chocolate topping)
Steps
- 1
Line a 9-inch square baking tin with parchment paper so the finished slice can be removed easily once set.
- 2
Crush the Digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
- 3
Combine the melted butter and condensed milk, then pour the mixture over the crushed biscuits. Mix thoroughly until the crumbs are evenly coated.
- 4
Mix the Kinder chocolate through the coated biscuit mixture until evenly distributed.
- 5
Transfer the mixture to the lined tin and press it down firmly into an even layer to form the biscuit base.
- 6
Melt the milk chocolate and Kinder chocolate for the topping, then spread the melted chocolate evenly over the biscuit base.
- 7
While the topping is still soft, add the Kinder Bueno pieces in chunks over the top.
- 8
Refrigerate the slice for at least 2–3 hours, or until it is fully set and firm.
- 9
Remove the set slice from the tin, cut it into squares or bars, and serve.
Notes
The source says “condensed mixture” in the method; this has been interpreted as the listed condensed milk combined with the melted butter. The source does not specify a melting method or exact chocolate quantities by type beyond the listed amounts.
