In a blender (such as a Vitamix), add the softened block of cream cheese, the can of sweetened condensed milk, and the can of evaporated milk.
- 3
Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and add one capful of vanilla extract to the blender.

Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth and well combined.
- 5
Pour the cream mixture over the sliced strawberries and stir gently to coat. Serve immediately or chill until ready to eat.
Notes
The author uses 'Lechera' (sweetened condensed milk) and 'Carnation' (evaporated milk). Ensure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature before blending to avoid lumps.
