Ingredients
Steps
In a medium bowl, combine 2 cup of Greek yogurt with 0.25 cup of maple syrup and 1 tsp of vanilla.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly until the mixture is homogeneous and creamy.
Cut the 3 mangoes into small cubes and remove them from the skin with a spoon.
Add the mango cubes to the yogurt mixture and fold gently until all pieces are completely coated.
Using a spoon, place small portions of the mixture onto a tray (preferably lined with parchment paper) to form the 'bites'.
Place the tray in the freezer for at least one hour or until firm.
Notes
You can substitute maple syrup with honey or organic agave syrup according to your preference.
